Cate is known for designing and delivering workplace training programs that both educate and motivate staff to work together in harmony and provide consistently excellent customer service. 

Cate holds qualifications in Business (Frontline Management), Training and Assessment, V.E.T (Disability), Mental Health Social Solutions and Counselling, is a DISC ADVANCED® Accredited Assessor and Facilitator and is a member of The Association for Talent Development.

Cate regularly speaks at national and industry conferences regarding service excellence and workplace behaviours and is a founding contributor for - created by Andrew Griffiths’ (Australia’s #1 Small Business and Entrepreneur Author).
