DISC Online – DISC Assessment and Interpretation session for Leaders

About this event

Workplaces look to leaders for many things, but did you know that becoming and remaining a trusted and respected leader has little to do with what you know and a lot to do with how you behave.

Do you know your behavioural style? If not, then chances are you will forever have to work hard to gain and maintain the trust and respect of those you lead. Knowing your behavioural style and how you may be perceived by others is the single most powerful tool you can have as a leader – in any business.

Why work harder when you can work smarter? Whether you are an existing, aspiring, or experienced leader this session is for you.

Join our Accredited DISC® and DISC ADVANCED® Facilitators to learn the history of the DISC theory of human behaviours and receive a 42-page Individual Assessment that is all about you; what motivates you, your natural and adjusted behavioural styles and your leadership potential.

The 3-hour session will give you:

  • In-depth understanding of the DISC theory and model

  • A PDF copy of your own 42-page DISC Assessment

  • Full interpretation of your DISC Assessment

  • Small-Group (Max 4) - lots of time for individual Q & A
